I had a really great experience getting a facial here and can honestly say this place exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, clean, and welcoming — the kind of space where you immediately start to relax. The staff was friendly and professional, and I never felt rushed or like just another appointment on the schedule.

The esthetician took the time to ask about my skin, any concerns I had, and what I was hoping to get out of the facial. I really appreciated how thorough and knowledgeable they were, explaining what they were doing and why, while still keeping the experience incredibly relaxing. It felt very personalized rather than a one-size-fits-all treatment.

The facial itself was amazing. The products felt high quality, the techniques were gentle but effective, and the entire experience was both soothing and refreshing. When it was done, my skin felt clean, hydrated, and noticeably brighter. Even hours (and days) later, my skin still looked healthy and refreshed, which says a lot.
